1 Full understanding of shipping documentation.
2 Contact with various Forwarding Company on a daily basis.
3 Able to handle and coordinate orders with forwarding companies
4 Coordinate with factories to meet proper shipping deadlines.
5 Assist in solving any shipping issues with manufacturing factories.
6 Understand various customer's shipping policies and to perform as required.
7 Maintenance of shipping area of ERP system.
8 Coordinate with North American Operation Manager on shipping requirement.
9 Produce errorless exceptional shipping documentations.
10 Problem solve unexpected issues with regards to job responsibilities listed above.
11 Quick Learning Ability

requirment
1 Minimum 1 year experience in logistics. Graduate is accepted, but hard woking and quick learning ability is a must.
2 Good command of written and oral English.
3 Proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
4 Organized and able to keep good paperwork system.
5 Team player. Able to work with various different departments.
6 Welcomes challenges and able to overcome them as a team.
