岗位职责：

1、编制与执行16949质量体系文件和管理制度；

2、按体系要求联络项目小组协调进度；

3、进行质量管理评审和措施计划的抽查；

4、质量记录输入与输出及保存各类记录单；

5、按统计指标对部门数据信息收集和统计分析；

6、填写项目顾客纠正与预防措施解决方法确定；

7、参与供应商过程评审；

8、项目PPAP文件汇总和整理及提交；

9、编制部门培训计划并加以落实；

10、对检测设施、仪器、工具的管理，并加强对实施的检查，确保监测数据的准确可靠；

11、计量器具周期鉴定计划编制、送检；

12、编制公司内部审核计划并组织实施；
13、供应商纠正与预防措施通知单的制定；
14、负责客户的质量反馈和投诉以及供应商质量问题的处理；
15、负责部门质量体系文件的监控、更换、发放、归档、培训记录管理；
16、负责顾客财产的归档工作；
17、完成上级布置的其他一切任务。

任职资格:

学历专业要求:

◆理工科专业专科以上学历。

培训经历:

◆受过项目管理、质量管理等方面的培训。

相关经历要求:

◆熟悉相关产品生产的流转过程，1年以上的质量管理经验。

技能要求:

◆具备质量管理理论知识，熟悉ISO16949质量认证体系；

◆丰富的现场品质管理经验；

◆熟悉品质管理手法；

◆懂一定的统计知识；

◆有一定的中英文读写能力。

态 度:

◆有一定的洞察力，较强的推动、解决问题能力；

◆具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，独立工作能力强。

    Shanghai Changkong Machinery Co., LTD (previously Shanghai typewriters Factory), is affliated to Shanghai Aviation Industry Group. Adjective to the renown ancient Nanxiang Town, Changkong occupies an area of 14,000 square meters. With a 30-year transition from military to civil production and state-owned enterprise transformation, it has an effective workteam composed ofsophisticated and innovative manpower. Shanghai Changkong has possessed various machines for prudcing middle and small autoparts and fine testing instrument.
