职位描述

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  1. Take care of customers & their orders, enquiries and complaints in a consistent, fast, friendly & communicative manner and in accordance to their needs.
  2. Pursue timely communication, shipment and documentation through assertive & cooperative communication with sales/BU, planning, logistic, credit and regulatory.
  3. In alignment with Sales/BU strategies, ensure that the CS job function supports the pursuit of profitable sales growth.
  4. To ensure correct and updated customer master data, order details accuracy and invoicing.
  5. Demonstrate initiative & co-operative spirit to solve issues and to improve team performance, as well as to help other departments to achieve their functional objectives.
  6. Execute the job in line with Cytec Code of Conduct and applicable laws & regulations.
  7. Lead & develop CSR team with members supporting each other, knowledge/info exchanged, solutions found and competencies are improved.
  8. Regular review/analysis of customer complaints, to ensure complaints are treated with speed & quality through the organization.
  9. Cross-functional effectiveness - The order fulfilment process works smoothly, inadequacies are addressed and BU/functions are aligned working together pursuing common objectives to satisfy customers and do things as cost effective as possible.
  10. Ensure the BU specific order fulfilment structure & processes are in place, optimized and understood. Among: a) BU pricing process b) Stocking policy c) Service Offering (Business Rules)
  11. Ensure CSR has directly contribution of increasing sales, reducing costs and more consistent service.
  12. Lead customer satisfaction survey - Analyse survey result, work with related functions for the solution to pursue customer satisfaction rate improvements from year to year.
  13. Replenish intentory from overseas sources of origin for meeting AP customer requirements and stock target based on sales forecast/Stocking policy/sales record.
  14. Monitor and review inventory movement for minimizing slow moving and aging stock.
  15. Process internal/external orders and follow up shipping document for incoming shipments.
  16. Prepare analysis reports regarding trading goods sales variance, slow moving & aging, etc.
  17. Act as a key link between regional Customer Service, plant production planning teams, sales teams in satisfying AP customer requirements in the most cost effective manner.
  18. Optimize working capital by balancing inventory, service levels and cost.
  19. Set regional stocking policies, ensuring alignment with current business rules and working with business partner and product/sales managers to insure alignment with overall business targets
  20. Establish best class DRP planning and execution processes through development and analysis of performance measures and S&OP support.





BUSINESS/TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:


  • Minimum 10 years working experience and 3 years management experience, a multinational company working background is prefer.
  • Good communication skill & efficient decision making.
  • Good Computer and English skills
  • Business sense.
  • Skillful in managing issues raised during the operation.
  • People management & leadship.

  • Above college degree
