Requirements:

• Education: BS Degree in Engineering.
• Work Experience: minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing facility. Solid experience in working with ISO9001 or QS9000 / TS16949.
• Experience in PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, SPC, Gage R&R, 8D
• Experience in Lean & Six Sigma principles is preferred.
• Familiarity with blown film or plastics manufacturing is preferred.
• Be familiar with MS WORD,MS EXCEL, MS ACCESS, PowerPoint etc.
• Proficiency in the English language (both oral and written) is required.
• Good negotiation skills, Well communication, well coordination, Initiative and team worker.

Responsibilities:

• Lead external or customer audits。
• Lead the plant monthly management review
• Track and monitor plant quality goals and objectives and report results / status to plant top management and corporate quality
• Ensure that the plant is in compliance to ISO / TS and corporate requirements
• Drive the plant in identifying root cause and corrective actions to any customer complaints
• Ensure implementation of corporate strategies and improvement initiatives
• Drive the plant in implementing continuos improvement efforts in improving process, systems and products.
• Make quality related business decisions.
• Develop programs to upgrade Quality Engineers skills.
• Develop and monitor the Quality Departments budget.
