Responsibilities:

-Be responsible for the accounts of production cost and expenses. Provide accurate costing information and

analysis timely per request.

-Work with functional departments to review cost elements and maintain accurate cost information, and keep

continuous improvement. Perform inventory management, and lead annual stock take process.

-Work closely with other Finance member for monthly closing, and Costing module closing, sub-ledger

transaction checking, daily inventory journal checking and posting.

-Invoice issuing. Review supplier invoices to ensure correctness of account charging made by the requestor/other

departments, proper taxation and the payment terms. Review sales invoices to ensure correctness of customer

accounts charging.

-Perform other jobs assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree with major in Accounting, MUST with accountant certification

-At least 3 years related working experience on manufacturing enterprises

-Computer literate especially MS Office, familiar with Ufida software

-Good written and spoken English

Working Location: No.216, Zhenchen Road, Shanghai
