1.职位描述
- 负责日常的行政和文书工作，包括但不限于总机的接听和转接，访客接待，分发
信件，发送和接受快递，安排会议，管理纸质和电子文档等；
- 日常办公室管理：包括但不限于办公用品、设备和日常物品的采购和管理；协调所有日常行
政办公需求； 预定机票，火车票和酒店；
- 如有需要，和总经理一同参加会议，负责会议的翻译；
- 处理办公室和门店的维修事宜；
- 协助HR总监处理相关的事宜，包括但不限于：协助准备新人入职资料和办理新人入职手续；
整理员工档案；协助员工的培训活动；协助相关文件的更新，维护和管理；
- 协助处理部分财务事宜，包括但不限于：管理和支配办公室备用金；帮总经理记录相关费
用；收集和审核门店报销凭证；
- 负责总经理和人事总监交代的其它事宜。
2. 职位要求
- 大专以上学历
- 具备良好英文书写和口头交流能力
- 熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备，具备基本的网络知识
- 能够同时接受多项工作，确定工作的优先性
- 工作认真，仔细；责任心强；工作积极主动
