The Account Manager is reporting to Account Director, and responsible for coordinating and leading Agency resources in order to meet Clients needs.
In this role, the Account Manager has responsibility for Agency output and provides perspective in the development of the highest quality marketing product.

Job Duties
Builds strong relationships within client organizations through quality work and thought
Develop and maintain positive client relationships at all levels of the client organization with the aim of understanding the clients core business strategy
Collaborate with clients to agree on specific goals and develop marketing and brand strategies to meet clients goals
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure client objectives are met
Detailed knowledge of several areas including traditional advertising, online advertising, web development, digital marketing.
Excellent communications skills, both written and oral.

Prerequisites
At least 3 years of agency background
Understanding of advertising processes/ procedures
Expert in ATL/digital marketing
Strategic thinking
Creativity abilities, Flexible, initiative and with passion
Independencies and proactive working attitude
Strong ownership of clients and projects
Good communication skill and presentation skill, quality orientation
CN and EN skills, written and presentation

Previous 4As agency experience, FMCG and E-Marketing experience is plus
