任职资格：
1. 大学专科及以上学历，机电、暖通等相关专业；
2. 具备良好的沟通、判断、协调、决策能力及较强的团队合作意识；
3. 五年以上工业或商业机电安装施工经验，对工程的管理、质量、施工工艺、成本控制、进度计划等具备良好管理能力 ；
4. 有大型机电施工管理经验优先录用 ；
5. 持一级、二级注册建造师证书优先录用；

6．以上条件有英语能力的优先录用。

职位描述:
1. 熟悉安装工程管理程序及相关政策
2. 负责甲方现场的工程质量、进度、安全，及时处理现场安装工程突发事件
3. 审核施工单位月度报表中安装工程完成情况
4. 对施工单位测量放线进行复核，定期对建筑物进行测量检查
5. 对施工组织设计与各项安装专项施工方案审查，确保施工单位按图纸进行施工
6. 参与安装工程管理，包括工程招投标、现场签证审核，工程例会等，
7. 参与安装专业工程、及工程竣工验收，并签写相关资料
