职位描述
职位简介：该职务负责亚太区酒店业和零售业的产品开发计划，项目报价，以及产品品质管理；该职位直接汇报给公司总经理，并和美国总部商品计划部，Sourcing和QA部门密切合作，并指导亚太区所有样品生产，大货生产的管理工作。
岗位职责:
. 负责制定和协调所有订单的面料计划、生产计划、出货计划及订单外发生产安排等;
. 负责所有售前样板，已经生产前/中/后的品质管理；
. 配合销售订单要求，负责与工厂、客户沟通，能将订单及时合理安排到各家工厂和车间，并迅速沟通处理计划执行中异常情况；
. 根据市场因素和产品销售分析对产品结构进行更新调整；
. 组织研发及时配合销售提供产品销售相关信息及跟进产品生产进程；
. 合理安排库存，有效控制成本。
基本要求:
. 学士学位或以上，纺织相关专业；
. 熟悉纺织材料的各种特性，掌握家纺类产品的国家/行业标准，熟悉ISO9000 ，了解欧美标准更佳。
. 有较强的沟通能力和钻研能力，有面料生产企业技术经验者优先考虑。
. 良好的中英文沟通能力。
其余经验和技能：
. 懂家纺生产流程，具备较强的计划能力及数据统计分析能力，清晰的工作思路和理解能力，有高档纺织业/床品/家俬行业工作经验者优先考虑；
. 有合作工厂资源者优先考虑。
