Job Description:
To develop Kenexa-IBM Smarter Workforce Division across Greater China Group by developing existing and future accounts through technical consulting and solutions support.

Internal requirements
Responsibilities:
? Work with individual members of the sales organization and prospects to develop and deliver world-class demonstrations using Kenexa's applications and tools. Conducting effective discovery with prospects to fully understand their talent management functions, processes, key business drivers, as well as identifying opportunities for increasing process efficiencies.
? Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
? Keen decision making skills, with the ability to think creatively and on your feet.
? Prepare responses to RFPs, RFIs, and prospect inquiries.
? Participate in seminars, trade shows, and other marketing activities in order to promote awareness of Kenexa solutions.
? Represent IBM-Kenexa with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.




Internal responsibilities
Required:
? Excellent communications and presentation skills
? Excellent consulting and analytic skills
? Solid understanding of web-based technologies / SaaS model
? At least 6 months experience in HR, Human Capital, Compensation, or Talent Management knowledge and prior experience
? At least 2 years experience in pre sales
? Readiness to travel 25% travel annually
? Fluency in English and Mandarin
Preferred:
? 3 years experience in HR, Human Capital, Compensation, or Talent Management knowledge and prior experience
? 5 years experience in pre sales
? At least 3 years experience in ability to articulate complex client needs and corresponding functionality in writing
? Extensive knowledge in compensation planning, including market pricing, and analytic reporting.
? Bachelor's degree
? Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems
