LIT Service Engineer IT服务工程师
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Supporting, implementation and enforcement of Global IT / KBAP IT / SHM IT strategy at the location.
Providing on site local IT incident management and service request handling to all users, incl. supporting user departments in defining/developing/monitoring IT processes per KB standards.
Provision of 1st level incident management in networking, wireless connectivity, print solutions, Microsoft products, production line IT and other business critical applications.
Lead incident resolution and closure by coordinating with 2nd level IT technical teams, external partners and software venders.
Administer communication systems such as telephony, email and mobile devices.
Promote IT best practice such as Internet and system access security, email usage and Microsoft Office knowledge to end users.
Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT facilities, incl. hardware equipment, data center to ensure operation readiness.
Provision of end user training and documentation.
Support project team in local system deployment and business process reengineering.
Produce and analysis monthly management report on IT service availability and performance.
As Local Security Officer, protect company and intellectual property by ensuring best IT control and security procedures are followed.
Cooperation and coordination with the Regional Service Center AP in HK; and participate in AP IT initiatives such as LIT Workshop, LIT Council, LIT Handbook, etc.
Maintain good filing system and database of local IT Facilities, equipment, applications, video cameras, etc.
Project- / budget planning and follow up.
Hard Skill Required:
Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 3 years of IT related experience
Basic commercial knowledge
Excellent knowledge in the area of MS OS and MS Office Applications & Infrastructure
Basic knowledge of business applications (ERP, SAP, etc.)
Basic DB administration knowledge (Oracle, SQL, etc.)
Oral and written fluency in English
Technical network knowledge WAN/ LAN/ router configuration etc.
Knowledge of MS-Windows network surrounding
Good knowledge in IT Equipment (Desktop, Laptop, Server, Tape Device, Router, Switch)
Good knowledge in OA Equipment (copy machine, fax machine, printer, scanner, CCTV, Door Acess System, other office electrical machine)
Working knowledge of IT project management methodology
Good knowledge of ITIL service management best practice
