岗位职责:
1.参与起草公司有关品质管理相关制度，建立公司的包装、物流、检测、文控、实验室等管理标准和流程，经批准后组织实施并监督执行；
2.制定优化各项产品质量管理文件并制定各项质量检验标准；
3.及时处理与客户或供应商有关的产品质量问题和投诉；
4.对产品品质状况进行定期和不定期的分析总结，分析产品质量问题点、原因，找出改进措施解决方案，并提供分析报表和建立质量事故处理档案；
5.负责品控部门的团队建设，领导开展本部门的日常人员管理工作，及时、准确传达公司各项精神、方针政策和决定，
6.安排、布置指导、检查下属的工作任务完成情况，制定各岗位业绩目标，建立各项激励机制，并进行绩效评估；
7.与人事部门合作进行人员招聘，组织相关部门进行质量培训；
8.组织对品控检测设备进行管理和维护保养。

任职资格：
1.大专及以上学历，生产管理或理工科相关专业，八年以上品管及仓管工作经验，五年以上团队管理经验，年龄30-40岁，男性；
2.具备良好的客户服务意识和心态，拥有较强的创新能力，有较强的工作责任心，能承受较强的工作压力；
3.具备优秀的表达能力，沟通能力，领导能力及带领团队的能力；
4.熟悉ISO品质管理运作模式，丰富的质量管理的方法和经验；
5.具有一定英语能力，有外企工作经验者优先。
