1)熟悉铸造和锻造行业以及相关产品的质量控制

2)按照供应商质量控制的相关作业指导（如检测计划、抽检频率、检测方法、制作流程控制等），执行产品检验工作According the designed work instructions of supplier quality control ( Supplier inspection plan, sample size and frequency, inspection method improving , manufacturing process confirm etc.) , conduct the required inspection work
3)供应商供货质量检验并分析质量状况 Inspect the new samples or the sampling parts of and make a summary report on the inspection results;
4)处理供应商质量问题，督导供应商采取整改措施 Detective parts & component analysis and push supplier to implement corrective action
5)对供应商进行培训，不断提升供应商 Supplier training and coaching on inspection tools and check points to develop supplier step by step
6)保持与总部联络，取得总部在供应商质量控制方面的最新要求，并及时传递至公司相关部门和相关供应商 Keep contact with ANVIL R&D, update the inspection results and Make sure the refreshed requirements on supplier quality control and message to be delivered to all related departments and suppliers
7)完成与本职工作相关的临时指派任务 Work on any other duties and projects assigned by direct superior

8) 开展供应商定期审核，并完成审核报告Conduct plant audits on a regular basis and issue summary reports

任职资格 Qualifications Required:
1)机械制造相关专业，大专以上学历 Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
2)具备机械产品的检验常识，熟练使用各种通用量具 with experience on inspection of mechanical products, familiar with the usage on general measurement tools;
3)熟悉ISO质量管理体系, 熟练运用各种质量控制手法Good understanding of ISO-2000 system, Familiar with quality control/improvement tools
4) 良好的人际沟通和协调能力 Good interpersonal and communication skill
