Job Duties:

1. To advise and assist the proprietor responsible for the workplace in promoting the environmental health and safety issues

2. To develop and implement the safety management system of the Company to ensure the compliance of the company’s safety standards and procedures

3. To assist in establishing a safety committee and implementing its recommendations

4. Align, develop and Implement the EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) program against the law, local regulation, international standard (OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001), Company policy, Customer requirement and working situation requirements

5. To conduct EHS training, safety audit and safety inspection, investigations of accidents, and suggest the mitigative measures / solutions to prevent recurrence

6. To conduct Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessment, evaluation of potential hazards and the identification of hazardous conditions and hazardous exposure

7. To prepare, control and update MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)

Job Requirements:

1. Degree or diploma in mechanical engineering /Safety Engineering or related,

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in safety, within 2 years as managerial role in foreign invested manufacturing company

5年以上安全管理工作，2年以上外资生产型企业安全管理工作经验

3. Be familiar with Chinese safety standards and regulations

4. Experience in laboratory operations, machinery industry & experience in middle or large size organization preferred

5. Strong logical thinking and analytic ability, demonstrated ability in problem solving

有较强的逻辑思维和解决能力，具有独立解决问题的能力

6. Good communication and influencing skill, being able to work and deal with people at different levels, good conflict management

良好的沟通能力，能与公司各类员工沟通，具有解决矛盾冲突的能力

7. Good English skill in reading and writing. Oral English preferred

良好的英语读写能力，口语良好者优先

8. Having the knowledge about OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 is preferred

9. Certified Safety Engineer is preferable
