职位描述
Purpose/Objective:
To lead and /or drive the production quality improvement to archive the quality target and provide necessary professional support in quality field to ensure are able to deliver qualified products to the customers.
Area of Responsibilities:
Quality Management
1. Drive for internal continuous quality improvement and help company to achieve the defined quality target.
2. Coordinate with related functional teams for company wide quality improvement action plan.
3. Participate in customer complaint handling together with process engineers and provide CAPA in time to customer.
4. To do the data analysis and find the opportunity to drive production for continuous corrective actions and preventive action.
5. To lead the weekly quality meeting with process engineers to review and monitor all of critical quality issue.
6. Provide necessary professional support to production on quality field to ensure the production can delivery qualified product to customer.
7. Handle and orginize the NC review with the review board to ensure all of NC be settled down within time and be well recorded.
8. Participate in production process audit to reduce the potential risk of quality.
9. Implement all of quality improvement action and ensure following the QMS procesures.
Requirements：
1. Min 5 years working experience in mechanical engineering, good knowledge of Quality tools like 8D, CAPA
2. Familiar with process audit, good professional knowledge in optical industry and mechanical industry( Strongly)
3. Good English, familiarity with SAP, ISO 9001
4. Good team work spirit and communication skills
