We focus on providing go to market consulting which leads to-bespoke training content development and delivery for our customers in the Technology sector. We focus on Channel and Sales Enablement; creating Go To Market strategies and competence development programs to enable our clients, their business partners and distribution networks with the skills to position products and solutions in their respective markets.
Job Title: Business Consultant/Trainer
Job Description: This role is to design & deliver strategy and initiatives for the key customers of QuadMark China. This individual is responsible for developing and managing these strategies to ensure the customers have strong channel and sales delivery.
Responsibilities:
- You serve as business consultant in the design, development, customization, roll-out and reinforcement management, sales & channel strategies for customers
- Complete data-driven Assessments for key audiences of their current go to market strategy.
- Partner with Channel, Sales & Marketing Business Owners to facilitate best practice groups and ensure best practices are shared and deployed
- Communicate regularly with key relationship partners via established communication vehicles to ensure long term relationships.
- Ensure the enablement experience is industry-leading for all Customer levels both internally and externally.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Consulting skills
- Communicate effectively and build productive working relationships with customers
- Manage complex programs and align tactical plans with overall business and sales strategies
- Show excellent oral presentation, written communication and sales interaction skills
- Understand Value Messaging or other consultative sales methodology

Training skills
- You are able to train (large) groups of persons.
- You are experienced coach and provide one-on-one coaching sessions to help develop other trainers
- Understand different learning styles and able to adapt the learning environment to suit the target audience.
- You master multiple methods to activate people in your training sessions, even in difficult situations
Other skills and Experience
- Field sales and or channel experience, preferably in the IT industry
- Program / Strategy design, management and execution capabilities
- Managing Sales Enablement or Sales Effectiveness programs resulting in measurable positive sales results preferable
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
