工作描述 ：
? 负责修改和维护质量体系文件和规格。
? 日常产品的质量控制，质量报表制作和汇报给上海总部质量主管.
? 工作质量意识的宣传，定期的质量培训落实.
? 配合体系的内部审核和外部审核.
? 管理并统计工具和机械确保其在安全规范内运行。
? 监督生产工人按照SOP，工艺规范工作，改进生产流程中的不足之处。
? 动作分析和非标工具的设计。
? 完成领导安排的工作（工作描述中没有具体说明）。

基础要求 ：
- 机械工程，化工或工业工程等专业。本科学历。
- 两年工作经验。
- 有从事质量工作的意愿。
- 基础的英语阅读能力。
- 熟练使用办公自动化。
- 良好的个人素质 ： 勤奋、好学、诚实、正直和团队合作。
- 懂自动化机械维修和CAD制图的优先。

Working place: Shanghai Jiading District

Description of function:
? Taking responsibility for modify and maintenance the quality system and inspection specification.
? Making the verify plan and calibration plan.
? Taking responsibility for the daily inspection and check job, report quality status to the Quality supervisor.
? Taking responsibility for the quality management and release quality training regularly.
? Organize the internal audit and involve the preparation of external audit.
? Manage and statistic tools & equipment and ensure safety.
? Supervise maintenance of the equipment in order to meet security standards and extend lifetime
? Monitoring the production worker follow-up SOP, Technique regulation. Improving the lack of the production process.
? Action analyze and non-standards tools design
? Performs other assigned tasks not specifically mentioned in the job description

Basic Requirements:

? Major in engineer of mechanical, chemical or industrial, Bachelor degree,
? Two years experience in Quality.
? Basic English skill (CET 4)
? Good willing on quality.
? Having ISO certification ability, Conducting and implementation ISO experience.
? Familiar with the MS-software
? Hard work, Good learner, Honest ,Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
? One who could drawing with CAD and repair automated machine will be promote the priority.
