Main Responsibilities
- MCU strategy making for industrial (lighting, industrial automation, power meter, etc.) segment for East & Middle China.
- Business development & Design in by customer visit with Sales and Agent.
- Making Mid-term Plan strategy for responsible segment. (Price, product and solution, promotion, channel strategy) and execution.
- Perform other Technical Marketing daily jobs.

Main Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above, electronics science or electrical engineering background/major.
- At least 5 years experience in MCU distributor or principle side as technical marketing, industrial applications related experience is preferred.
- Industrial application market relation and application knowledge, especially LED lighting, solar system.
- Solid knowledge of semiconductor and MCU products, experience to use MCU or prefer to support MCU business.
- Good knowledge of technical marketing processes.
- Able to discuss with industry customer about technical and development direction.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Japanese language abilities will be a plus.
- Excellent communication, technical presentation & training skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently (domestic and overseas).
- High level of integrity.
- Self motivated, proactive personality.
- Teamwork spirited.
