Main Responsibilities
1) Segment strategy building & execution
Focus on consumer segment, especially small home appliance applications, including IH cooker,game devices,battery charger,etc,;
Will have the responsibility for MCU billing and MTP of the dedicated segment;
To build up segment strategy by 3C ( company, customer, competitor) analysis and focus on 4P ( product,price,place,promotion) execution;

2) Design-In activities
Lead the MCU promotion activity for local customers by working with engineers, sales and channels;
Daily job includes
to setup promotion MCU product mix for dedicated applications / customers;
to hold product seminar and solution seminar for sales and channels;
to trace design-in projects by project meeting with channels and by using company system;
to make quotation for sales / channels based on detail design-in projects;
Performance will be measured by design-in numbers and life time value for the dedicated segments.

3) New product and solution proposal
Propose new product for dedicated segment and application, focus on
target market, segment, customer and competitor analysis;
detail product spec;
business plan to get design-in and business-win.
Propose new solution for dedicated segment, to support design-in activities.

Main Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above, electronics science or electrical engineering background/major.
- At least 4 years experience in MCU distributor or principle side as technical marketing, consumer applications related experience is preferred.
- Consumer application market relation and application knowledge.
- Solid knowledge of semiconductor and MCU products, experience to use MCU or prefer to support MCU business.
- Good knowledge of technical marketing processes.
- Able to discuss with consumer customer about technical and development direction.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Japanese language abilities will be a plus.
- Excellent communication, technical presentation & training skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently (domestic and overseas).
- High level of integrity.
- Self motivated, proactive personality.
- Teamwork spirited.
