This role is Reporting to the maintenance Manager, Responsibility for provide Die technical support to production equipment , to carry out preventive maintenance, fault handling, corrective maintenance to ensure production equipment working in a good state ,to protect Overall Efficiency Rate achieved.
该岗位向维护经理汇报，对生产模具难题提供技术支持，开展预防保全，故障处理，改良保全等相关工作，确保设备运行稳定，保障生产效率达成。
1、能够跟班生产，及时对应现场设备故障，并调查本质原因并对策，防止再发；
Follow up production, repair failure immediately, management of the fault reason research to prevent the fault from occurring again
2、对模具进行日常维护管理；
Manage and promote the Die planned maintenance programmers
3、对模具工艺进行分析改进，以不断提高完善工艺流程；
Improve the die process base on analyses ;
4、制定、完善冲压模具文件和具体操作规程;
Formulate and improve of stamping dies file and specific operating procedures
5、建立模具维护档案，对模具运行情况熟悉；
Establish Die maintenance files, and familiar with the die working state;
6、协助TPM团队开展设备TPM活动；
Support TPM team to carry out TPM activities.
7、深入现场对模具运转过程中存在的异常问题准确判断并及时解决问题。
Find problem during the working time and solve the problem immediately
8、持续学习新型诊断方法,不断探讨发掘模具存在的隐患
Continuous learning new diagnostic methods, to explore the hidden dangers
1. familiar with structure and theory knowledge of stampings die, master UG / CATIA software
熟悉模具结构及冲压理论相关知识，掌握UG/CATIA等分析软件
2. Understanding of the stamping process, have ability to analyse and process die problem ; familiar with the new project operational processes
具有较强的冲压工艺、模具问题分析处理能力；熟悉新项目操作流程
3. Understanding of Die installation standards, effective advice can be made in equipment installation process
了解冲压行业模具安装标准，能在设备安装过程中提出有效意见及建议
4．familiar with introduction Die for new models and inspect standard
熟悉新车型模具的生产导入，具备模具验收能力
5. Strong drive, commitment, flexibility and confidence to achieve goals. 有很强的实现目标驱动力、责任和信心
6. Good communication skill, team spirit, learning capability, sense of responsibility, professional dedication, and be able to resolve problems independently.
具有良好的沟通技巧、团队合作意识和学习能力，高度的责任心和敬业精神及独立解决问题的能力。
