This role is Reporting to the maintenance Manager, Responsibility for provide technology support to production process, new mold introduction, production resources configuration, process documentation publishing, production process technology problem-solving and other related work to ensure quality, cost, efficiency reached.

1、监督车间、设备和工艺行为的正确运作，定义并执行促进改善的策略
Monitor plant, equipment and process operations for correct performance and define and implement strategies that drive improvement
2、制定工装、设备型号、使用参数及相关技术要求，确保设备使用要求。
formulate tooling, equipment models, parameters and related technical requirements to ensure that the equipment requirements
3、规划冲压车间生产流程、人员、设备、物料运输等，确保车间生产顺畅，资源配备完整有效
Planning the stamping workshop production processes, personnel, equipment, materials and transportation, to ensure smooth production
4、管理、修订工艺数模，模具、检具图纸及各类技术数据，确保技术依据真实、准确。
Management and revision of process model, die equipment, fixture drawings and technical data, to ensure that the data is true
5、处理现场出现的各种工艺技术问题，使生产顺利进行。
handle all technology things in the scene to ensure smooth production
6、对生产车间进行工艺标准培训，使操作者按标准执行，规避质量问题
training operators of workshop process standardized to avoid quality problems
7、新模具生产导入，工艺文件准备
prepare documents for introduction new production
8、支持AME开展新设备导入工作，并提出改善建议并协助推进实施； Support AME during early stages of the project, to find negative and improve it;
1. familiar with structure and theory knowledge of stampings die, master UG / CATIA software
熟悉模具结构及冲压理论相关知识，掌握UG/CATIA等分析软件
2. Understanding of the stamping process, have ability to analyse and process die problem ; familiar with the new project operational processes

3. Working knowledge of plant engineering and press activities
