工程主管负责管理总装车间的工程团队。包括工艺批准，内部和外部数据问题解决，总装质量，支持工程变更，支持日常生产以达到SQDCME目标并作为总装车间和其他生产运营技术部门的关键接口。本岗位是非常多样化的并且需要定期和高层管理团队接触，所以这个人需要采取系统的和结构性的方法来确保工程团队成为一个有效的和充分支持的团队。
The purpose of the Engineering Supervisor is to supervise the Engineering team within the Trim Shop. The position is responsible for Process Authorisation, Internal and External Data Problem Solving, Trim Quality, Supporting Engineering Changes, Supporting Production Daily to achieve SQDCME targets and being the key interface between the Trim Shop and other Production Operation Technologies. This role is extremely diverse and will receive regular exposure from the Senior Leadership Team, so this individual will need to adopt a methodical and structured approach to ensure the Engineering Team becomes an effective and fully supportive team,

Lead the complex problem solving initiatives within the Trim Shop and support other technologies, where required.

Ensure all Trim Shop procedures (QOS) are adhered to, ensuring QMS and TS16949 Certification is achieved.

Support the Sub System Team Process.

Ensure Engineering Changes are effectively managed and documented.
支持内部产品审核并对具有遏制和应对措施的问题做出反应。
Support internal product audits and react to issues with robust containments and countermeasures.

Support Kaizen and Improvement Activities.
支持日常的生产问题。
Support Production with day to day issues.
岗位要求
1.有整车行业工程主管的经验。
Experience as an Engineering Supervisor within the automotive industry.
2.相关专业毕业，获得相应的学位
Degree qualified, in a relevant Discipline.
3.很强的指导，训练和培训人员的能力。很强的说和写交流技巧。
Strong ability to lead, coach and train people. Excellent oral and written communication skills..
4.有总装制造和质量的经验。
Experience in Trim Manufacturing and Quality.
5.良好的问题解决，精益法则和标准化的知识
Good working knowledge of problem solving, lean principles and standardisation.
6.能够解释和理解复杂情况，提出解决建议
Ability to interpret and understand complex situations and develop proposals for action.
7.很强的推进、授权、适应能力，有信心去达到目标。
Strong drive, commitment, flexibility and confidence to achieve goals.

The purpose of the Engineering Supervisor is to supervise the Engineering team within the Trim Shop.
