The Packaging Manager is an integral part of the MP&L team, delivering all of the packaging & containerisation for all models and respective model year changes. The Packaging department will define the strategy for pallets and containerisation for the JV. He/she will work closely with Purchasing to source packaging suppliers for special pallet requirements, standard pallet requirements, and definition of the pallet leasing contract.

?Definition of pallet requirements for the JV定义合资公司的托盘需求
?Contract definition & sourcing to support leased packaging strategy for the JV合同定义及采购，支持合资公司租赁包装的策略
?Manage the planning, development and implementation of all pallet developments for all New Models and Model Year introductions 管理所有新车型、年型车规划所需托盘的规划、开发和实施
?Work closely with the NMP Logistics Manager to ensure alignment with Programme evolutions 与NMP物流经理的工作紧密对齐，确保与规划的计划保持一致
?Liaising with pallet manufacturers for the design of special pallets 特殊托盘的设计与托盘制造商保持联系
?Liaising with pallet manufacturers for the design of standard pallets 标准托盘的设计与托盘制造商保持联系
?Co-ordinate the buy-off for new containers and liaise with the related MP&L, Manufacturing, Purchasing, H&S and Quality areas as appropriate 协调相关联的物流商、采购、制造单位、H&S、质量相关单位达成一致意见，购买新的容器。
?Manage the input of data into JLR Packaging Databases, producing metrics as required and maintain own suppliers information 管理包装数据输入至JLR包装数据库，维护生产所需的指标和自己的供应商信息
?Maintain the Packaging Manufacturing Standards Document 维护包装器具制造标准文件
?Development and monitoring of timing plans to support launch 开发和监控定时的计划支持新产品的推出
?Manage Packaging Capital Budget for New Models and Model Year changes 管 理新车型和年型车变化带来的包装预算
?Provide a packaging design/procurement service where funding is available on current models for the Current Packaging Team 对于当前的包装团队，在当前车型资金可行的情况下，提供包装设计/采购的相关服务

The Packaging Manager is an integral part of the MP&L team, delivering all of the packaging & containerisation for all models and respective model year changes. The Packaging department will define the strategy for pallets and containerisation for the JV.
