Logistics Engineering provides the interface for MP&L into all New Model Programmes. The department is responsible for adherence to LQOS within MP&L and all Gateway Inputs. The Logistics Engineering Manager is responsible for ensuring that there is a clearly defined MP&L strategy for all MP&L functions to support new model programmes and supporting a flawless vehicle launch through robust programme delivery and strategy execution.

?Development of Logistics Strategy for individual new model programs <PS> to <FS>为每个新项目的<PS> to <FS>节点开发物流策略
?Development of Value Stream Maps (VSMs) to achieve optimum balance between pallet investment, freight cost expenditure, inventory holding and marketplace space for forward programs开发价值流地图以达到在预期的项目中实现最佳的托盘投资、货运成本支出、库存保有量和物料存储空间的平衡
?Liaison with purchasing to confirm future component supplier selection taking into account bullseye sourcing requirements and freight costs and other MP&L impact和采购联络并确认未来零部件供应商的选择中考虑靶心采购需求、运输成本和其他物流影响因素
?Development of an initial MP&L plan for every part database为初始的物流计划开发每个零部件的的基础数据
