工作职责：

Job Description ：



Responsible for the signature procedure of purchasing order and payment submission. Keep communication with ERP controller and accept supervision.

负责申购单的签批及支付申请提交，与ERP费控员保持沟通，接受其审核。



Cash and bank management，Sales and cash reconciliation 。

负责分公司现金和银行账户管理，销售和应收调节对账;



Balances and reconciles bank statements ,reports to superior periodically.

定期制作银行账户余额调节表，并负责汇报；



Maintains general and subsidiary ledgers and journals; checks and records expenses transferred from the headquarters.

负责与货币资金相关的财务电算化处理及与总部的其他成本承担项的核算；



Produces the branch interior management reports; posts debits and credits.

定期制作分公司内部管理报表及负责客户往来账核对。



keep in touch with tax departments, responsible for tax payments, invoice make-out and tax-paid proofs.

负责与项目所在地税务的沟通，项目税金支付、发票与完税凭证的开据及销账。



Familiar with the laws and rules of finance and commerce, and tax policy, and related finance treatments

熟悉国家财经法律法规和税收政策及相关账务的处理方法； 　



Good relationship with government and banks. Good financing ability.

有良好的政府、银行关系，有一定的融资能力。



Requirement:

要求：



Bachelor degree, financial or accounting discipline

有正规财经专业本科毕业学历；



Account or financial qualification。 Familiar with Yongyou financial software.

有会计上岗资格证书；熟悉用友等财务软件。



At least 2-year working experience, and familiar with a complete set of financial procedures.

有至少2年以上财务工作经验，熟悉整套财务核算处理流程



Construction background is a plus.

有建筑背景优先考虑



CET-4, Simple English communication

大学英语四级，能简单的用英语沟通
