In order to support the high speed growth, PEER China now invites high caliber personnel to take up the position of China Network Manager. The position will be located in Shanghai or Xinchang and report to the Information Service Manager, Asia.

Job Summary

The China Network Manager will be a member of the Global Information Service (IS) Governance team, and will perform the regional network management role, responsible for maintaining the global data center located in Xinchang, Zhejiang.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and support the development of enterprise infrastructure architecture and strategy with Global IS Governance team.

· Analyze current IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.

· Coordinate and ensure consistency in process and content across infrastructure architecture.

· Maintain, support and administrate the LAN including configuration and maintenance of firewall.

· Coordinate with Global IS team on implementation of the Cisco network including configuration of switches, routers and ASA.

· Responsible for network design, backup and disaster recovery plans in China.

· Lead the analysis of technology industry and market trends to determine their potential impact on the infrastructure architecture.

Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.

· Around 5 years’ experience implementing and operating network infrastructures with multinational company background.

· Proven ability to develop enterprise infrastructure architecture.

· Professional level in the specialization roles of Routing/Switching and Security, Cisco's or Juniper's qualifications are preferred.

· Familiar with network security including IPSec VPN, SSL VPN and Checkpoint firewalls.

· Extensive knowledge in IT infrastructure, such as Platform & Virtualization, Storage Network, Middleware, etc.

· Solid experience of MS platform including Windows Server 2003/2008, Active Directory, File services, Window XP-7, SQL, Exchange Server.

· Proficient spoken and written English is a must.

· Excellent communication skills.
