CEO助理兼英语翻译 1名
关键职责：
1. 协助CEO处理公司公文、行政事务
2. 执行CEO交办的各事项
3. 按照要求传发文件
4. 翻译工作，包括口译和笔译
5. 做好公司级会议的记录，并整理成文
6. 严格执行保密制度，做好各项保密工作
7. CEO活动、接待方面的安排、报销单的整理、来访的接待，与各部门联系密切。
职位要求：
1.大专以上学历，英语专业；
2.三年以上相关工作经验；
3.较强的组织能力和协调能力；
4.熟练操作办公软件；
5.流利的英语说写能力。

CEO assistant and translator 1 person
Report to: CEO
Key responsibilities:
1. Assistant CEO on daily document and administration work.
2. Implement any works that arranged by CEO.
3. Distribute documents per requirement.
4. Translation including oral and written.
5. Meeting minutes and keep in file.
6. Implement company’s secrecy system.
7. Arrange daily activity and reception, contact with each department as required.

Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, majored in English
2. More than 3 years related experience
3. Excellent in organization and coordination
4. Skillful in office software
5. Fluent in oral and written English.
