More specifically, you'll be working with the fastest growing channel - Eating & Drinking (E&D) team.

WHAT:

As the project manager, you're responsible for the implementation of National Sales Motivation Program according to program framework, working with designated agencies.

Into its 4^th year, E&D National Sales Program has been a successful system platform to engage, reward & develop more than 10,000 front line sales forces across ~30 bottling plants in China. In order to continue supporting the aggressive expansion plan of E&D channel, the motivation program needs to evolve & upgrade. You will:

·Lead the event agency and E&D coordinator (your onsite team member) to ensure smooth execution & communication of the program, including monthly performance & budget review, best practice sharing, etc. among 3 bottling groups and regions as well as 30 bottlers.

·Supervise event agency on design & delivery of communication materials (e.g. newspaper, poster, etc.) to ensure high quality outputs and relevant contents.

·Work with channel execution team, to guide the digital agency in maintenance of E&D online forum to keep it update & active with administrator-generated contents & UGC.

·Lead agency in planning and execution of annual incentive trip and other mini reward events.

·Ad-hoc projects like E&D workshop, channel research or team tasks like channel monthly meeting coordination will also be part of your responsibilities.

WHO:

The ideal candidate should have ~5 years working experience in event planning & execution, with at least 2 years managing event as the project leader who is:

·Interested in food & beverages;

·Passionate to explore unknown territory & to learn with a "Can-Do" attitude;

·A natural communicator, good at Mandarin (Speak & Write) and English (Listen, Read, Translate); creative in presenting complex ideas in an easy-to-understand manner;

·Able to manage agencies, lead team & influence others in a big organization;

·Ok working with numbers, budget or contract sometimes;

·Curious to understand a complicated organization & its business system;

·Cheerful & easy-going. Previous experience in client services is a plus;

·Graduated with a bachelor degree and proficient in Excel & PowerPoint software.

This position will be reporting to Senior Channel Manager (E&D) and leading an on-site coordinator with support from off-site agencies and sufficient funding for the project.
