Responsibilities:
1.The Program Manager is responsible for driving projects from approved business cases until mass production and Phase E have been passed
2.The Program Manager is responsible for completing projects within agreed time schedule, target cost and quality
3.Setup project team together with global line managers
4.Make a committed project plan
5.Manage and coordinate the resources
6.Chair project meeting across the multifunctional groups
7.Will have to work closely together with the global team in Phase -2, -1 & 0.
8.Is responsible for preparing and conducting phase reviews (phase A to Phase E) for global management.
9.Weekly status meetings / reporting to global
10.Ensure that procedures and processes are followed and reflected internally as well as externally towards the suppliers
11.Ensure close cooperation with appointed suppliers on the specific projects
12.Ensure team work and maintain good relationship among team members both in China and European
13.Develop relationship to new and existing suppliers and potential partners

Requirements:
1.Engineering trained, preferred with relevant commercial and business focus in University, bachelor degree or above.
2.Minimum 3 years hands on of project management in consumer electronics with Logistics , Procurement, R&D and quality knowledge
3.Fluent Chinese and English, both written and oral.
4.Skill in Microsoft general tools.
