Responsibility

ü Plan and manage delivery of Interactive projects, on scope, time, cost and quality:

n Lead web site development or web site campaign projects to meet the client's needs

n Expert at organizing and leading project kickoff, requirement analysis, design, status, and other project related meetings with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders at all levels.

n Write quotations, timelines, SOWs, Issues log, Change Request, Project UAT plans

n Closely manage throughout the project implementation. Identify and track issues, risks, dependencies, efficiencies, and critical path objectives.

n Write quotations, timelines, SOWs, project QA plans

n Ensure execution of project plan, implementing appropriate controlling processes

n Implement change management and risk management as appropriate

n Track ongoing project status, and provide status report

ü Project team leader:

n Ensure effective communication for all team members

n Ensure all team members understand and accept their responsibilities

n Establish priorities among project activities where necessary

n Pro-actively identify and solve problems or potential problems

n Brief and manage any outside vendors necessary to successfully complete the project

Candidates needs to have:

ü Basic technical knowledge about service integration, hosting environment and SQL database.

ü 3 years of Program/Project Management in an internet/software company or experience within a respected integrated or digital agency.

ü Fluent English and Mandarin (both oral and written).

ü Web-based technical background, online advertising space a plus

ü Ability to work in a fast paced and matrixes environment, collaborating with multi-site cross-functional teams across multiple time-zones.

ü Advanced MS Visio, MS Project, MS Power Point, MS excel skills, management or technical lead experience in software development will be a plus.

ü Excellent communication and people skills
