1.Bachelor degree, majored in chemical analysis or applied chemistry or related 本科学历，化学分析或应用化学等相关专业
2.Have more than 5 years laboratory experiences, MNC experiences is preferred 5年以上实验室工作经验
3.Get familiar with some typical analysis instruments (KF moisture meter, PH meter, viscometer etc. operation and maintenances) 熟练使用并维护各种分析仪器，如湿度检测、酸度检测等设施设备
4.Know about QA system 对质量体系有一定了解
5.Have experience of customer complaint handling 具有处理客户投诉经理
6.Good communication skills and teamwork awareness (good English command is also preferred)良好的团队协作精神。英语熟练者佳
