1．It is responsible for coordinating and managing the maintenance team. Create and review the maintenance regulations & flow (preventive maintenance plan, contingency plan and yearly overhaul plan, etc). Drive the implementation of these plans.

2.Responsible for team building, team training,emergency plan,PM, etc. 进行团队建设，人员培训，建立能源节约计划和预防维修计划等
3.Resolve the automation equipment problems in production line, guarantee its normally operation. 解决生产性设备的问题,确保正常生产
4.Sum up the problem, cause and solution during automation production, accumulate technical experience and upgrade the whole team competence and ability to resolve problems. 收集生产线出现的问题,原因及解决措施,积累技术经验,提高维修团队的问题解决能力
5.Manage the equipments maintenance document. 管理设备维修保养文件
6.Coordinate the production line operation, increase the equipments operation rate. 协调生产团队,提高设备的开动率.
7.Complete the equipment inspection and maintenance, compile and implement equipment management document so on. 完成设备检查和维修工作, 编写和执行设备管理文件等.
8.Lead the group to analysis the MTR and potential issues to increase equipment reliability and reduce maintenance cost.领导维修团队分析MTR和潜在的问题, 从而提高设备的可靠性, 降低维保成本.
9.Lead the group to create the spare part. 领导维修团队建立备件库
10.Assist maintenance manager to manage assets and control maintenance cost, etc.,(including material, manpower, energy, etc) 辅助维修经理管理资产和控制维修成本(包括材料,人力成本,能源,等)
11.Lead maintenance team to implement maintenance related EHS programs and procedures, ensure employee and equipment safety, check and evaluate risk and make action plan to avoid risk. 领导维修团队执行EHS,确保员工和设备的安全,检查和评估风险,从而制定计划避免风险
12.Lead energy saving programs. 领导进行能源节省计划
13.Coach, train and develop maintenance team, continuously improve their maintenance skill and capability. 指导, 培训和发展维修团队, 持续提高他们的维修技能和能力

1.Preferably mechanical/electrical major at a college or similar by experience.
机械或电气类相关专业大学本科及以上
2.More than 7 years working experience on Automotive automation manufacturing company or relevant as a maintenance.7年及以上整车厂或相关工作经验
3.Working experience with foreign company or Joint venture Company is a plus. 合资或外资工厂的工作经验
4.Be able to work independently and coach other team members 能独立工作，能培训其他人员
5.Rich experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance. 丰富的机械和电气维修经验
6.Be prepared to follow extensive education 准备接受多方面的培训
7.Be able to work independently; 能独立工作
8.Know Microsoft office具备常用办公软件基本知识
9.Good written,reading,oral communication in English 良好的英语能力
10.Need a critical and analytic ability 具有独立分析的能力
11.Good communication and team work spirit, strong sense of responsibility. 有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，责任心强
12.Able to work efficiently under high pressure能在高压高效地工作.
