· To manager Motors Division in planning and execution of local Events/Shows/Sales Rounds Launches/"Driving to Excellence" driving program/ Customer Care and Prospect Care activities
· Coordinate the stand and layout including all marketing/promotional material
· Ensure all Porsche Centers or other car brands work according to exhibition and events "Checklist" and Porsche CI
· Budget plan and control to Porsche Centers or other car brands for each exhibition and events on the yearly Marketing exhibition and events budget agreement
· Develop and maintain a yearly event calendar and publish an updated version regularly to all parties involved.
· Monitor and report status of budgets, event evaluation reports dedicated to each project on a monthly basis
· To manage the implementation of the CRM database in China for all Marketing related parts
· To manage and analyze the customer and prospect database on a monthly basis
· To manage the Purchase Satisfaction Survey (PSS) and implement the Sales Satisfaction Survey (SSS)
· Manage all customer complaints resulting from PSS/SSS or Research and resolve them with Porsche Centers
· To keep relationships with major media
· To set up and manage the VIP Club as well plan & execute related activities as Prospect Enquires
· Coordinate with PCN on a frequent basis
Requirements:
· Good media contacts
· Detail-oriented with ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines
· Self-motivated, participate as an active member of the management team
· Good interpersonal and communication skill
· Good English communication skills both in oral and written
·Aggressive, stable and loyal
·University degree, major in business, marketing, communication, or related field;
·8+ working experience in marketing function, at least 4 years in management role
·Some working experience in luxury brands is preferred, experienced in agency is acceptable
