Qualification Required:

-Bachelor degree

-Expert in at least two of the following supply chain fields: planning, warehousing, import and export, transportation.

-Lean / six sigma certification a plus and APICS certification preferred.

-Strong knowledge on demand planning, production planning and material planning.

- Strong knowledge on warehouse management and WMS system.

-Good knowledge on domestic and overseas transportation including air, sea, express and multiple modes.

- Knowledge on China customs compliance and CIQ regulations

-Outstanding organizational and communication skills

-Demonstrated ability to present ideas persuasively and convince others

-Proven abilities in influencing, problem solving, decision making and relationship building.

-Self-motive, able to correctly set his/her own priorities for the multiple projects

-Good cross -functional teamwork collaboration skills.

-Fluency at both oral and written English & Mandarin.

Experience Expected:

-Minimum 8 to 10 years supply chain/logistics experience with 3 years in a managerial role in automotive manufacturing and trading environment.

-Solid experience in project management and implementation that employ lean, six sigma and problem solving methodologies.

Job Duties:

-Lean and facilitate supply chain projects to improve customer service, quality, reliability, productivity, safety, as well as reducing logistics and inventory cost.

-Simplify, streamline and standardize the supply chain processes to improve the transparency, reliability and reduce the complexities of daily operations.

-Understand the business and logistics requirement of AR division;

-Interview with logistics service providers;

-Review and refine standard operating procedures for logistics hub, MJ and JT plant

-Search and select logistics suppliers for AT division

-Design, refine and implement planning and ordering system for JT plant

-Review and optimize logistics system for MJ plant

- Review and optimize logistics hub operation

-Assist in logistics system setup for the new plants

-Settle down complaints to 3PLs raised by operation teams

-Other project assigned by the supervisor
