Qualification Required:

-English read and write and oral

-College graduated

-Basic/advance computer operating



Experience expected:

-At least 5 yrs sales experience in professional products

-With sales experience in cine equipments or professional photo equipment (camera and lighting)

-Digital equipments sales experience

-5-10 people management experience

-Business plan and project forecast experience

-3 years sales manager experience



Job Duties:

-responsible for Central China & TW territory sales target and customer maintain

-Coaching SH sales team to implement CCV sales methodology in approaching clients

-Explore new business opportunity of TV station in Central China territory

-Managing sales target YTD performance, sales forecast and pipeline review

-Checking sales contract and details before summit to DM for approval of SH territory

-Daily business operation and plan



Knowledge and Skills

-Business plan ability on cinematic business

-Good communication ability with customer and staffs

-Cinematic and TV equipment product knowledge.

-Business forecast and pipeline management ability.



Proposed Salary Range: RMB 11500~12500
