Objectives
Global R&D Cooking - Induction Technology Organization is looking for an experienced software engineer who will be responsible for the software design and maintenance of the induction platform. The ideal candidate is innovative in coming up with new ideas that add value to the customer and constantly challenges the status quo. She or he strives for a visible, measurable benefit from every action.
Key operational responsibilities
?Design of software to obtain platform flexibility,
?Create reliable and cost efficient Software / hardware solutions in compliance with internal and external SW development guidelines
?Ensure board design in compliance with internal and external Safety and EMC standards
?Provide technical specifications and drawings of related SW documentations,
?Provide documentation of SW and test reports of performed functional tests, EMC and approval tests of components and subsystems
?Observe electronic market, new technologies and components secure HW - SW interaction

Induction Technology Organization Manager
Competencies needed
Education:
? Master degree in Electronics

Technical competencies:
? embedded software design (analogue or digital),
? Power electronics knowledge is a plus,
? proficient in measurement and test of power electronics,
? proficient in software validation,
? components test and validation knowledge,
? Knowledge of international safety standards for household appliances is welcome

Soft competencies:

Preferred experience:
Few years of experience in embedded software design, embedded systems, power electronics, EMC and MicroController applications.
Development opportunities
You will work in an international and multicultural environment in a cross-functional team and you will have the opportunity to grow in this environment. You will be responsible for the complete chain of the development process from idea generation to solution validation and launching the electronic subsystem in mass production. This will give you an overview of our development process, product knowledge and local market requirements. You will have the opportunity to grow as project leader in 2-5 years, according to your experience level and personal potential.
