RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Brand management: promote the company's brand to appropriate audiences and ensure the public image of the company is consistent with its stated values.
2. Sales and Sales Management: Sell our leading-edge platform product and manage a team of sales representatives, lead distribution and reporting processes. Achieve or exceed assigned sales quota. Contracts negotiations, pricing decisions, quoting and quotations control.
3. Customer Service Management: Organize and control customer service teams. Optimize Customer Satisfaction and Solve customer complaints and issues with the assistance of production, sales and customer service departments.
4. Utilize existing contacts, as well as develop and nurture new ones, to ensure adequate penetration.
5.Manage, implement and improve sales-related processes & tools: ensure increasingly efficient lead identification and conversion by refining systems and procedures in lead generation, accounts management, customer service and managing sales team goals and follow-up processes.
6.Develop and execute promotional strategies, including web campaigns, website enhancement, advertising, media pieces, events, newsletters, industry publications and direct mail, targeting both local Chinese and Foreign Accounts in China.
7.Conduct regular postmortem "lessons learned" meetings with company's departments (sales, production, marketing, customer service)
8.Conduct administrative sales and marketing tasks that support the company's business goals. Cultivate connections and partnerships to provide a steady stream of inquiries for our services.
9.Lead the development of promotional and marketing materials. Conduct systematic reporting on sales and marketing KPI
10.Develop a Market Intelligence (market trends / values / pricing) and assist on business plan building and development.
11.Supervisory responsibilities: Supervise the sales team, supervise a marketing assistant. Responsible for hiring, evaluating and recommendations for termination.
QUALIFICATIONS

University degree or above
1.At least 8 years of experience in enterprise IT solutions from famous IT firms like HP, Oracle, IBM, SAP, and etc
2.10+ years Sales & Marketing experience in China/Asia, or an international environment
3.Achieve assigned quota of at least10 million USD per year before
4.5+ years sales and marketing team management experience
5.Have rich big account connection and industry connections
6.Have good finance/accounting knowledge
7.Strong interpersonal skills and Strong team player
8.Results oriented & Customer oriented
9.With positive working attitude and be able to work under pressure
10.English - Excellent written and oral communication skills
11.MS Office - especially Power Point and Excel
