JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ Production Quality Management
- Check the information & materials in QC Files are complete and inform Inspection Manager/Supervisor to furnish (if needed) before the scheduled inspections.
- Conduct In-line & Final AQL inspections according to the defined Work Instructions (WI)/Checklists and QC Files to ensure products conform to the agreed specifications and quality standards.
？ Product Quality Engineering
- Determine product regulatory, safety and testing requirements in collaboration with accredited laboratories.
？ Factory Assessment
- Carry out Factory Assessment based on defined checklist as per scheduled.
？ Reporting and Documentation
- Report product non-conformances and abnormalities to Inspection Manager/Supervisor as and when they are being identified/observed.
- Prepare & publish complete and accurate In-Line and Final AQL inspection reports as per defined timeline.
- Upload inspection reports to IT system as per defined timeline.
- Draft & submit assigned Work Instructions and Checklists as per scheduled.

III. QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4-year Degree holder.
- Possess excellent communication skills in written and verbal English and Chinese.
- At least 8 years of working experiences in sizeable sourcing offices and recognized 3rd party inspection & testing service providers. Prior working experiences in product manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
- Possess high level of integrity, honesty and commitment.
- Familiar with MIL-STD 105E Inspection Standard. Good understanding of EU product regulations/requirements will be advantageous.
