Job Responsibilities / 职位描述:
- Process enquiries from customers and distributors through hotline telephone, fax and email, and provide instant solutions and answers;
- Act us resolution owner of technical related customer complaints to communicate with stakeholders, coordinate internal and external resources to investigate root causes and develop resolutions as appropriate.
- Manage and improve technical information management systems and other hardware,ensure safety,efficient and effective use of the information resources,as well as engage within and outside technical team to enrich the technical information resources.
- Implement Shell lubricant services through close teamwork with sales, marketing and technical teams.
- Maintain lubricant services processes, policies and systems, and proactively seek feedback from stakeholders to improve them.
- Utilize existing service resources (e.g., used lubricant test report database, etc.) by extracting useful information, sharing best practice and developing demonstrate value records from them.
- Train and educate internal and external customers, support technical services to key accounts and OEMs. - Maintain and improve technical training platform through proactively seek feedback from internal and external users.

Job Requirements / 职位要求
- Mechanical or chemical engineering degree, 3 or above years of experience in the field is preferred.
- Profound IT knowledge is preferred (able to construct and maintain website without external support).
- Have the ability to distill complex information and to communicate clearly and concisely to others.
- Strong knowledge and experience of automotive lubricants and industrial equipments is preferred, knowledge in lubricants is a plus.
- Extensive exposure and interface with various personnel with regard to functions and geography.
- Good commercial sense and skills to confront customer’s demands.
- Good communicating, writing (English and Chinese) and interpersonal skills.
