The Early Career Programme

Position Summary:
You will be joining IT and Test Environments (ITTE) Regional Business Solution and ISIT team in China. The Regional Business Solution team is the primary ITTE contact for the Ericsson business stakeholders by proactively driving dialogue with the stakeholders on long, medium, and short-term topics to establish trust, manage expectations, build business partnership and create value.
You will join the Regional Business Solution and ISIT team in Region North East Asia (RNEA) and based in Beijing where you will be working in a number of project assignments related to ITTE to develop and broaden ITTE knowledge and exposure. You will also be part of an international network and gain overall business understanding and acumen.
Our objective is to provide 24/7 local and global remote access to IT and Test Infrastructure, together with the competence and services to provide Efficient and Cost-effective ICT Environments for Internal Ericsson Groups and External Customers.
Major Responsibilities:
Perform Business Management
· Be the engagement manager and primary point of contact towards the business.
· Coordinate needs.
· Perform business stakeholder communication.
· Manage business escalations related to ITTE provided ICT services.
· Manage business stakeholder satisfaction reviews.
· Manage and secure aligned expectations on business ICT services in terms of availability, service levels, cost etc.
· Drive Business Review Meetings (Business value management).
· Manage business demands including transformation of business needs into functional & non-functional requirements.
· Communicate Financials with stakeholders.
· Drive value realization.
· Identify if new needs will have cross dependencies or impact on processes.
· Ensure confirmed or suspected cross needs are investigated by the appropriate function.
· Ensure the business is prepared to receive new needs and have cross Ericsson coordinated process changes prior to IT project initiation.
Perform Business Solution Management
· Represents the ITTE portfolio towards Ericsson business and end-users.
· Define Business Service level agreement.
· Define and drive Performance and Business KPI in agreement with business stakeholders.
· Define business solution roadmap.
Qualifications
Ideal Experience
The ideal candidate will likely have the following experience/educational background:
· Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or similar
· Fluent English plus one other language (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish, German, etc.)
· A maximum of 2 years work experience either after or during University Education
