岗位职责：
– 按照项目管理流程开展项目管理工作，确保准确理解和接受客户需求，协调项目过程中问题的解决，确保项目按计划时间表推进并完成阶段评审。
Complying with Raval project management standards for project process , and assure to receive and understand customers needs , and coordinate the open issue during project running ,and to maintain the project going with the defined schedule ,and finish the phase assessment on time .
– 根据项目要求制定项目整体进度计划、组建项目同步开发小组、建立和跟踪项目问题清单，并对采取的措施和结果进行评估审核。
According to the project master plan to organize the project team, and build up the open issue list and follow up ,and evaluate the proposal and consequence.
– 负责项目工程更改文件的接收、组织评审、反馈客户、及工厂实施跟踪，.跟踪日常产品变更管理中各时间节点，确保变更按计划进行。
Be responsible for the engineering change , including the receive , evaluate ,feedback to customer ,and implement follow up , and follow up the product change daily to assure the change according to the time point and plan .
– 按照Raval要求完成各阶段需要输出的项目报告文件并分类归档。
To output the document for each phase and archive accordingly
– 对潜在风险进行识别，并采取有效的措施进行预防，确保问题得到有效遏制并尽快解决。
To identify the potential risk ,and set the solution for prevention ,and assure the problem to be controlled and fix
– 和总部项目管理团队定期沟通项目的开口问题，并获得支持和解决。
To organize the project meeting with HQs, and get the supports
– 定期组织上海公司团队，进行项目例会，评估项目状态和所有的问题，并设定解决方案。
To organize the project meeting regularly in SH plant , evaluate the project status and issues, and set up the solution
– 项目前期交样管理。
To manage the samples supplying at early stage.

任职要求：
- 机械/机械电子工程领域本科以上学历
BSc degree or higher in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
- 3年以上汽车行业相关工作经验，熟悉TS16949和质量5大工具
Minimum of three years experience with in the automotive industry Familiar with APQP,TS16949,FMEA,CP,SPC,PPAP
- 至少有过一个项目投产经验熟悉汽车行业设计/投产的过程懂得项目管理流程和工具
AT least to experienced 1 complete launched project ,and familiar with Auto industrial project management procedure and instrument.
- 对于汽车零部件技术规范，图纸，程序等有一定的掌握，具有开发经验的优先。
To have the knowledge of the SPC, drawing ,procedure in the auto industrial ,Experience developing components preferred
- 熟悉PMP流程优先
PMP knowledge prefer
- 良好的英文读写听说能力
Good spoken, read and write in English
