Ericsson Test Environments (ITTE) is looking for a Local Customer Manager candidate to be part of the ITTE BJ Engineering Service Delivery team. The purpose of the ITTE Local Customer Manager is to provide clear customer interface and accountability within ITTE for securing customer satisfaction at a local level. The candidate should have strong Project Management skills, interpersonal and communication skills to manage projects schedule & risks, and maintain effective working relationships with external and internal the customers.


Responsibilities of LCM role:


Securing local customer satisfaction in the short and long term through intimate
knowledge of customer strategies, plans and communicating them to relevant stakeholders within the ITTE organization
Reducing Test Environment cost for the local customer.
Secure appropriate service levels for local customer by setting up and negotiating the local annex to the Service Level Agreement



Qualifications

Bachalor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years in Project Management position
Knowledge of telecommunication industry, familiar with E/// product is a plus
Good team work and interpersonal skills
Good and oral communication skills in Chinese and English
