一、 岗位职责
1、根据生产情况、产品需求、生产过程、产值目标等，按时完成生产目标；
2、及时对生产环节异常做出反应，发现问题及时追踪，并提出合理化建议及方案；
3、负责对生产运营效率、品质、成本、人员管理、流程改善等方面进行分析和改进。
4、参与技术管理标准、生产工艺流程、新产品开发方案审定工作，及时安排、组织试产；
5、通过检查、跟踪、培训教育和报告等形式确保公司运营符合当地的法律法规要求；
6、带领/协调内外部EHS/设施小组执行公司的EHS流程，更好的协助公司核心业务；
7、负责公司劳保用品的管理、危废物的管理
8、 监控公司内外部的安全隐患，并在事故发生时提供快速响应，完成对紧急事件的调查和报告；
9、参加EHS审核并提供审核流程所规定的验证证据；
10、和当地政府部门保持良好的工作关系以获取工作所需的安全健康方面的许可；
11、上级指派的其他工作。
二、任职资格
1、 3--5年制造业工厂生产管理工作经验，熟悉EHS相关工作；
2、 熟悉EHS相关的国家法律法规；
3、 有国家注册安全工程师证书优先考虑；
4、 熟练使用MS办公软件。
