岗位职责：
1、负责销售订单的录入、评审跟进；销售订单变更的维护及系统无效订单的定期梳理、维护，确保系统订单的准确；
2、负责每日录入的销售订单及录入的异常订单形成报表，下班前以邮件形式进行发布；
3、负责分配客户的订单交付管理工作，根据客户交期需求对接计划部，回复销售交期时间；
4、负责跟进订单排产、进度执行及异常影响交付的衔接、沟通；
5、负责根据销售提供的各客户对账周期，提供每月出货的清单给销售与客户做对账；
6、负责对接销售维护订单客户需交付变更，及时拉动计划和物控调整及排产计划；
7、负责整理交付异常统计报表、分配客户订单报表及当月完成的订单交付等报表
8、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历（国际贸易、商务英语，英文能读写）
2、具有客户服务意识，能适应较大的工作压力；
3、具有团队精神，较强的沟通能力，工作认真踏实，责任心强，团队合作意识强；
4、做事认真、细心、负责，机敏灵活，具有较强的沟通协调能力；
5、熟练使用office等办公软件；
6、1年以上外贸业务跟单经验；
