Job Responsibilities：
a. Respond for vendor and internal side of training to make everyone aware of the process, procedure and requirements.
b. Reporting and 3rd party experience to enforce the service level
c. Provide technical and Quality advices and support throughout new product development & during production
d. Manage all stages of the projects with particular emphasis on the quality assurance aspects and the resolution of escalated project issues
e. Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
f. Ensure products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance required for distribution.
g. Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
h. Provide suggestions for process improvement and failure analysis.
i. Collect, analyze and compile statistical quality data for continuous improvement.
j. Investigate & follow up customer complaints and non-conformance issues
k. Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
l. Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
m. Assist supervisors to establish, implement and maintain a documented quality management system to control all work activities and projects.
n. Prepare inspection protocol and write up daily audit report to update work in progress and in-line inspection results. Write inspection Protocol.
o. Any ad-hoc duties assigned by quality manager.

Job Requirements:
a. Colleague/Degree in Quality Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
b. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in furniture manufacturing industry or QA/QC inline or final inspection
c. good level on command of spoken and written English, Mandarin
d. Experience in product development & manufacturing in China
e. experience user for on Microsoft Office.
f. Self-motivated with good interpersonal & communication skill. Willing to learn and daring to take up new challenges.
