岗位职责:
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the digital technologies and applying the high safety standards.
Objectives of the Position
Digitalization is part of the core DNA of BIG. But Digitalization will only be successful, if the end users (from project and operations team) use and benefit from the digitalization methods and tools
This means our digital solutions need to be end-user friendly and provide efficient experience from the beginning. Digital enablement contributes strongly to this goal from requirement gathering, until project end and during the entire solution lifecycle.
As BIG Digital Enablement Team, we’re responsible to leverage advanced and innovative digital solutions, products, and methodologies to enable the digitalization in Zhanjiang Verbund Site, We foster a digital culture, organize digital training & learnings, drive digital innovation, ensure information protection and cyber security, consult, design, deliver and operate business specific applications and be responsible for entire application lifecycle management in Zhanjiang Verbund Site.
Our team members cover diverse roles: Change / Innovation Manager, Project Manager, Product Owner, Solution Architect, Information Protection Officer, etc.
Therefore, the objective for this role is to, as experienced software engineer, support the team to:
? Understand our digital solutions and support the digital solution implementation leads and/or partially drive the implementation of the digital solutions to enable fit-for-purpose global and regional processes and platforms for BIG.

Main tasks
? 与项目经理、产品负责人和解决方案架构师紧密合作，负责业务需求收集、可行性研究、风险评估、技术分析、解决方案设计、应用开发、测试、实施及优化，以高质量、快速和适当的成本交付数字化解决方案;
? 操作、维护、故障排查并不断改进我们团队的数字化产品和数字化解决方案;
? 管理编码规范和开发指南来确保代码质量和完整性；
? 积极寻找创新机会，进行技术侦查等。
任职要求:
Job requirements
? 大学本科及以上学历，主修工程、工商管理、信息管理、计算机科学或信息技术相关专业；
? 5年以上商业软件开发经验，包括前端和后端开发，对系统/解决方案架构设计有深入的理解；
? 有在DevOps团队工作的经验，熟悉Azure DevOps的仪表盘、发布和测试计划, 跨国公司工作经验优先；
? 有数据可视化技术和工具的使用经验，如Power Platforms（Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate），并有实际开发经验；
? 熟练掌握一种或多种编程语言，包括但不限于：Java, C, C++, PHP, Python, Go（Java技术栈优先），拥有良好的编程习惯，深入理解常用设计模式；
? 有关系型数据库（SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB等）开发经验，并了解中间件产品（Kafka, Redis, Zookeeper, Nginx, Tomcat等）的原理，具备Web开发经验，熟悉前端技术栈，如Vue, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, React等；
? 有一到多种后端开发语言的实际开发经验，如Java, Nodejs, Golang, python, C#；
? 有移动开发经验或基于业务需求的微信小程序开发经验，熟悉Android或IOS原生开发者更佳；
? 有在云平台（如Azure/阿里云）上的开发经验，对通过中间件连接的云集成解决方案有良好理解；
? 责任心强，有良好的沟通能力和自主工作能力，对新趋势和创新解决方案持开放态度；
? 具体英文的读写能力，口语能做基础沟通。
