DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Payment initiation & processing for Asia Pacific entities.
2. Foreign currency payment supporting documents preparation and validation base on local regulations.
3. Case studying, analyzing, and troubleshooting to make sure on time payment.
4. Perform monthly internal & external reports and communicate with related parties if necessary.
5. Ensure implementation of company policies, procedures, and compliance with SAFE requirements.
6. Provide valid comments to the various audit and inspection procedures related to the payments as per required by the regulators or auditors.
7. Process continue improving
8. Ad hoc projects/tasks assigned.
REQUIRED:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Above 1-year foreign currency payment experience;
3. Workable English skills in writing and speaking;
4. Experience working with SAP will be a plus.
5. Advanced skill for PRA tools will be a big plus, such as Power automate, Power BI, Power Query, Python, etc.
6. Good communication and stakeholder management skills
7. Quick learner
8. Self-motivated
9. Able to work independently with tight schedule to meet deadline
10. High attention to detail
PREFERRED:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance
