Summary: Persons employed in this position are responsible for, but not limited to, managing a cross-functional team and cross-sites of professionals in the management of defined projects from start to completion, Ensure achievement of project objectives

RESPONSIBILITIES
61 Define, plan and manage project milestone activities.
61 Manage and direct a project teams consisting of multiple engineering disciplines.
61 Manage and coordinate activities between departments to meet product development or project requirements.
61 Manage cost targets as set by Senior Management staff.
61 Simultaneously set priorities/direction for assigned projects or programs.
61 Act as the technical customer interface and leader of set forth projects
61 Generate/facilitate documentation per engineering procedures and Laird requirements
61 Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards
61 Support with (f.e. cost savings, warranty analysis, customer complaints) & assures synergies between the plant、converting sites and customer.
REQUIREMENTS
61 Excellent time management skills.
61 Exhibit understanding of the cross-functional relationships between inter-company groups and the expertise required to take a product through development and on to production.
61 Good communication skills, both oral and written in english.
61 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learning new knowledges.
61 Attention to detail. Be good at summarizing and analyzing

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
61 Degree in a technical discipline such as Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Materials Science.
61 5-8 years of experience (thermal conduction industry priority）
61 Demonstrated ability to solve problems of a technical nature.
61 Experience using statistical techniques .
61 Required fluent English communication skills.
