1.Leading the scouting of the PRC exhibitions market, the market intelligence and the competitive environment analysis.
2.Understand the market dynamics and industry trends, to provide professional support and advice for the company's M&A investment decisions.
3.Lead in setting up the database of PRC exhibitions, updating the latest information of exhibitions.
4.Involvment in global exhibition industry monitoring, with a prioritary focus on PRC / Greater China market.
5.Production of memo and presentation materials with conclusions on scouting, intelligence, market analysis, industry analysis, target profiling
6.Potential acquisition target searching and contact establishment.
7.Preliminary work of M&A cases, such as preparation of Information Memorandum.
8.Execution of pre-due diligence work, involving interviews, quantitative analysis (database …).
9.Assist in Commercial Due Diligence.
10.Assist in post merger integration.
11.Maintain good relations with acquisition targets and various related exhibitions.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree & Major: Exhibitions Mgt.; Property Mgt.; Hotel Mgt.; Business Administration etc. & English can be the working language.
2.Related exhibition industry working experience at least 3 years, experience of project mgt.、M&A experience.
3.Industries: Exhibitions organizer; Famous conference、events organization.
