Job Description
We are seeking engineers with analog/digital skills, creativity, talent, experience and a drive for success in a collaborative work environment. The candidate’s responsibility includes but not limited in the items:
1.Circuit simulation and analysis for various switch mode power supply topology.
2.Calculation and selection for critical power components.
3.Schematic and layout design with considerations of DFM, EMC, safety, reliability, worst case, to name a few.
4.Implement hardware assembly, unit test and system qualification through detailed bring-up/test plans.
5.Documentation of design activities.

Required Qualifications
1. BSEE, MSEE preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in switch mode power supply design including AC/DC, DC/DC, etc.
3.Extensive knowledge of high frequency switching power supply topologies, and control architectures, with strong analytical skills.
4.Specific power conversion design skills include: high frequency magnetic design, power conversion circuit design and analysis, circuit simulation, layout considerations, feedback control theory, and EMC compliance.
5.Ability to be self-motivated and detail oriented.
6.Excellent team and individual contributor leadership skills.
7.Familiarity with simulation tools .
8.Experience with schematic and layout tools (Altium Designer preferred).
9.Experience of circuit modeling and simulation (SIMetrix/SIMPLIS preferred).
10.CET-6.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience and working knowledge of firmware by C language.
Experience of programming in MATLAB.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Vendor management /procurement experience
